My name is Marina Iomin, and I am an artist based in Israel, working in the genre of boudoir dolls. I create one-of-a-kind narrative figurative sculptures as contemporary art objects.
Before turning to art, I had a professional background in chemistry. During the pandemic, I decided to follow a long-standing inner desire and enrolled in a doll sculpting course — a step that became a turning point in my life.
Today, I create handmade dolls that explore character, emotion, and quiet storytelling. A part of my work is also connected to contemporary Judaica, reflecting my personal and cultural connection to Jewish identity and tradition.
Each piece I create is unique, made entirely by hand, and carries its own story.
