Creating Promo Codes to Boost Sales

You can create discount codes right from your dashboard.

  1. Go to Account Settings → Discount Codes.
    Choose:

    • Percentage discount (applies to your entire store, not individual items).
    • Private codes (for select buyers) or public codes (visible on your store page).
  2. Create multiple codes for different groups or situations — e.g., “Friends10” for family/friends, “FirstOrder15” for new customers.

Share Your Personal Art Page

Every artist has a personal URL you can share with friends, family, and fans.

  • Find your personal link in your account.
  • Share it directly on WhatsApp, Instagram, or email to drive traffic straight to your storefront.
  • It’s the fastest way to get your first sales — your network often wants to support you, but they need the link.

👉 If you’re unsure what your link is, just reply to us and we’ll send it.

Personalization at Checkout: What Buyers See

After checkout, buyers see a text box where they can leave a message for the seller.

  • This is where they’ll add personalization or customization requests.
  • If your product can be personalized, make sure your description says so.
    • Example: “Add a name or message — write it in the personalization box at checkout.”

👉 Clear instructions reduce back-and-forth messages and help buyers feel confident placing custom orders.
