🕒 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns on prints within 14 days of delivery. Please note:
- A small administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Originals and mixed-media artworks are final sale and cannot be returned due to their unique and often fragile nature.
🚚 Shipping Times
- Prints: Estimated delivery within 10–12 business days.
- Originals & Mixed Media: Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, depending on location. These often ship internationally — please contact the seller directly for an accurate ETA.
🌍 Customs & International Charges
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or additional international charges that may apply. These fees vary by country and are not included in our prices.
