This framed artwork of the Beis Yisrael is rendered in laser cut stainless steel on a background of acrylic. The Beis Yisrael portrait comprises of several simple shapes which are laser cut from brushed, matt, stainless steel. The lines are sleek and neat. The result is a modern work of art which gives off a dignified spiritual aura. Rav Yisrael Alter (רב ישראל אלתר) lived from 1895 until 1977, also known as the Beit Yisrael, after the works he authored, was the fifth Rebbe of the Hasidic dynasty of Ger, a position he held from 1948 until 1977.
