The Lev Simcha, Rav Simcha Bunim Alter, was the 6th Rebbe of the Ger Hassidic dynasty, was born to the Imrei Emes in 1898 in Góra Kalwaria, Ukraine. The Lev Simcha was the sixth Rebbe of the Hasidic dynasty of Ger, a position he held from 1977 until his passing.
