Rav Scheinberg (רב חיים ×¤×™× ×—×¡ ×©×™×™× ×‘×¨×’) was an American Orthodox Rabbi, Rosh Yeshiva, and Posek, who was instrumental in building up the American Chareidi community in Eretz Yisroel. He was the beloved Rosh Yeshiva of Torah Ore in Yerushalayim which he relocated from New York in the 1960's. He was well known for his great love for the mitzvah of tzitzis and wore numerous pairs at the same time.
